Riesling-Peach Glazed Ham. -
1 fully cooked smoked bone-in half ham (6-8 lb),
1 cup Riesling wine,
2 sprigs fresh thyme,
1 finely chopped shallot,
1 18-oz jar peach preserves,
½ cup packed light brown sugar,
½ cup stone-ground mustard.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Foil-Line a shallow roasting pan.
Put ham on roasting pan rack.
Put ovenproof meat thermometer in ham: tip in thickest part not touching bone.
In 1 quart saucepan, heat wine, thyme sprigs, and shallot to boiling
